It’s not my first time purchasing this product. The effect is apparent during use: my joints crunch less, and my legs feel better in the evenings. The capsules have a faint fishy odour and are easy to swallow. I also purchased them for my parents, and their cholesterol levels have noticeably improved.

Not satisfied. The stomach ached terribly from the Omega 3-6-9, leg cramps, and blood in the stool. I barely survived. These are pills for those who wish to ruin their health.

Initially, I took one capsule, and the effect was negligible. Once I started taking three times a day as per the package instructions, I immediately noticed a result! My skin does not dry out, particularly on my lower legs, which used to feel very tight after a shower. The only side effect is increased shine in my T-zone, but I consider well-moisturised skin to be key to youth. I’ve also noticed visible growth in my hair and nails.
